Personal Training studio that caters to everyone's needs. All programs are tailored toward the individual involved and their reasons for pursuing training. Common goals addressed include, but are not limited to, the following: fat loss, hypertrophy, strength training, aerobic conditioning, and power training. Qualifications of head trainer include the following: Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology, Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Certified Nutrition Specialist. We welcome anyone and everyone to a free session upon contact!
