As a thank you for showing up here and being curious about your breath, I'd like to offer you this simple, guided 4x4 box breathing session.
I have included chime indicators so that you can choose how long you'd like to breathe; whether it be 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes.
This session might be very helpful for relaxing your mind, quieting the mental chatter, easing your anxiety and bringing about a state of calm focus.
