Fitness has become a way of life for me and I am truly passionate about helping women of all fitness levels get in shape and feel fabulous! I founded NuBody Fitness Solutions in 2005, and have never looked back. My ultimate goal is to provide my expertise to busy women 35+ and Post Natal Moms who are looking to achieve optimal health/fitness and/or weight loss. My heart fills with joy when my clients see incredible improvements in their health and well-being.Truth be told, I was not always 100% happy with my shape and as a result, I lacked confidence and joy in my life. In my early twenties I decided to make some major changes to my eating habits and promised myself that I would start exercising regularly, on a truly consistent basis and eating clean. Since 1998, I have managed to completely transform my physique, keep the weight off, gain confidence and thrive in my business. Training my body has enabled me to become more confident and to feel invigorated, healthy, and strong. Most of all it has given me the opportunity to help hundreds of women do the same!In addition to personal training, I would like to be recognized as a natural athlete with a zest for life and a passion for fitness. Living life to its fullest is very important to me and I always look forward to the next challenge!
