I am passionate about bringing clarity and possibility to the seemingly impossible.  Bringing order to chaos is my speciality whether at work or at home.  As a recovering perfectionist and people pleaser, I have learned how to get out of my own way to achieve the things I set out to do and find joy and ease along the way. I bring 20 plus years of experience working with individuals and groups in high pressure situations and is skillful at facilitating change with ease. I organize my time between strategic planning, executive coaching, and leadership development along with mentoring new mangers in building their teams. My varied background has allowed me to work across a broad range of industries including high tech, finance, education, creative agencies and startups. I have a unique perspective drawing from my corporate and educational background along with formal training in mindfulness, body language, conscious business, conversational intelligence and emotional intelligence. I am currently pursuing her PhD in Business Psychology with a focus on the intersection of leadership development and early childhood education.  My practical approach, calm presence and engaging coaching and facilitation style allow those that work with me to see the outcomes you set out to achieve.  My 3 children (ages 11,13 and 15) along with my husband are my greatest teachers and island living is where it&#39;s at.
