With over 15 years of experience facilitating workshops, I can offer you a custom experience to take your meditation or writing to the next level.

I am a certified Kripalu yoga teacher, with a certification in yoga nidra and mind body meditation. My meditation workshops will provide you with a guided experience to help you build your meditation practice. Whether you meditate everyday or have never meditated before, my workshops will offer space for you to grow your practice.

I also have an MFA in writing and have facilitated writing workshops all over the world. I've worked with complete beginners, published writers, and everything in between. My writing workshops will provide you insights into structure, voice, and challenge you to write outside of the box.
