Good morning, good afternoon, good evening!

Wherever you are in the world I hope this email finds you well.

This is one of my obligatory “what you have missed” emails. Some of you may be asking “why did I miss anything?”. To that I have to inform you that if you receive this email it means that you have not subscribed to any of my newsletters. Instead, what you have done is that you have signed up to receive more information.

If you’d like to change that, click on the links below to subscribe to one of my newsletters.

Still considering whether it is worth signing up? Totally fine! Let me tell you what you have missed so far:

- Neuroscience research newsletters:

A review of the history of mental health research (dating back to the 9th century!)

A thorough scientific review of how trauma is passed on through generations (a phenomenon called Transgenerational Trauma)

And on September 1st, the next newsletter on ‘Cumulative trauma’ is going to be released.

What’s after that? Here are some teasers:

The neuroscience of attachment styles

A review of the science behind psychedelics and how they are promising for healing trauma, depression, and other mental health challenges

So much more!

- Mental health newsletter:

A review of how community building and engagement are scientifically proven ways of improving mental health

A review of SSRIs, but not so much on how they work on the brain (cause we don’t really know to be honest…) but more on the relevant question an individual asks when considering treatment: are SSRIs addictive, are there long-term consequences of using them, what are the actual benefits, and what if I want to be pregnant soon? All of these questions are addressed based on the newest research

On September 15 we are taking a look at the role of Self-awareness in mental health, and how improving self-awareness is an evidence-based way to improve mental wellbeing

Again, what’s to be expected in the future?

The neuroscience of self-regulation and strategies to improve this important ability

Sex and mental health – yes my friends, we will be discussing how sex is shown to improve your mental health (we will also be talking about romantic relationships in another newsletter, but I figured sex would be a bigger selling point).

Here are the plans I offer with monthly newsletters:

1. The Lone Wolf Plan - this plan gives you access only to the Neuroscience research newsletter
2. The Continued Education Plan - this plan gives access to the Neuroscience research newsletter and the Mental health newsletter

So give it a thought. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions. My email is bulowp@gmail.com

I hope to be sharing cool neuroscience insights with you in the near future!
