Owner, Danielle Doebereiner's love of nosh (charcuterie) boards started years ago with her love of cheese.  Being able to share a delicious platter meant way more than just good food. It was the idea of getting to share delicious and beautiful food among great company and finding those "perfect bites". She loves creating quality food art that truly brings people together with amazing and sometimes unexpected tastes.
