Loïse is passionate about using exercise to make her clients feel better, both physically and mentally. She uses her scientific background in all of her sessions and likes to talk to her clients about the science and biochemistry of movement and the brain-muscle connection because exercising does make you smarter! After a shoulder injury in her early 20s, Loïse witnessed the power that daily activity can have on physical and mental health. Since then, she has been focused on helping others achieve a higher state of wellbeing through fitness and functional exercises. She is particularly interested in the beneficial effects of exercise on older adults, partly because she can see quick improvements, especially in those who aren’t very active, and party because of the wealth of stories and experiences that her clients share.
