Yoga and Permaculture
Hello dear one,
Welcome at Littleboomland, located very near Lisbon in Portugal. A sacred home and work place held by Francisca and João. Here we share yoga, meditation and Permaculture.
João teaches Mindfulness in Portuguese and is a mentor for teachers in training. For 11 years Francisca worked as a YouthCare professional and coach for Pedagogical employees in the Netherlands. Since 2004 she follows the path for yoga with care and devotion. After several Teacher trainings and yoga formations, she officially started to teach in 2014, now specialized for Ashtanga yoga, Yin yoga, Myofascial - and Trauma release. These are traditional and therapeutic practices.
When you join the weekly yoga classes she supports your yoga journey. A practice to offer yourself that needed space to heal from within or gain the pause to breathe and be. Classes cultivate a healthy body and mind. Be warmly received by the yoga community. Get to know our dedicated practitioners and enjoy group sharing. Notice that we adjust to what is present and to practitioners personal needs.
Yoga means to unite, it helps us to be more balanced and steady. With Yoga and Permaculture design we offer the chance to cultivate body awareness, while being in nature. We combine the chance of learning about Permaculture, accompanied by Yoga.
Each time we organize the Agro Yoga - Permaculture mornings we offer a PDC theme with theory and practice. Find news on our site, social media and subscribe for updates.
