Wait, WHAT do those letters MEAN? They are what we call plosives and breathing out on them, pretty articulated, is great for warming up all the muscles involved for breathing for singing. Do this for one minute at the top of your workout to activate breathing muscles and gain breath stamina. Bonus points if you add some mindful movement (squats and or a plank) to make the minute go by even slower...!
