I hold a BFA in dance and acting from Tisch School of the Arts at NYU, and I have cultivated a deep love of performance, dance and playwrighting throughout my 15 year-long career as a working actor and solo performance artist. This class kicks off a 4 part class series called: THE ELEMENTAL SERIES. On Thursday we will explore the element of FIRE.-Astro lecture &amp; creative prompts on the three fire signs: Aries, Leo &amp; Sagittarius.-Kundalini movement &amp; meditation to cultivate inner fire &amp; cast it out into the areas of our life that need inspiration.-Dance to ignite our passion &amp; devotion to our aliveness.-Somatic Movement to explore our relationship to fire internally &amp; externally. Cosmic Movement is a class designed to put you in magical relationship to your body &amp; the stars, with full acceptance of where both of you are in any given moment. Each class takes you on a journey through kundalini, breath work, simple dance moves, intuitive movement, light conditioning, and guided meditation!
