I hold a BFA in dance and acting from Tisch School of the Arts at NYU, and I have cultivated a deep love of performance, dance and playwrighting throughout my 15 year-long career as a working actor and solo performance artist. Perpetual Motion

This Cosmic Movement class will be a special edition, live from Mexico City with one of my best pals and favorite people to create with, Ellen. We will co-lead a very aerobic, fun, weird, good ol time. Expect a silly class full of easy choreography, bopping around and laughter.
