Jackie Le was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas with a large Asian community. When Jackie's father was diagonsed with stage 4 liver cancer in 2014, she decided to move back home with her husband, Garret, to take care of her father full time. Jackie decided to sell authentic egg rolls as a 3rd job, to make some extra income. lilttle did we know, we would end up selling 2,000 or more egg rolls a month. Through a difficult, long and dark journey, Jackie's father passed in 2017 and that's when she discovered her true passion, cooking Vietnamese food that brought her back to her childhood.
