Fuel for Life is a telehealth-based, integrative, functional nutrition practice that works with patients from all walks of life to identify dysfunction and restore balance in the body. Our functional dietitians are trained through the Institute of Functional Medicine and Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy and use a food as medicine approach in conjunction with supportive lifestyle counseling techniques to engage, educate, and encourage you on your journey to optimal health.
Founder, Stephanie Sudjian's lifelong dream was to make a difference in the lives of others through opening an integrative, functional nutrition practice. That journey began in 2018 with the inception of Fuel for Life. From a young age, Stephanie knew her love of nutrition and wellness, married with her passion for helping others would always inspire her to make meaningful change in the field of functional nutrition. Stephanie and her staff use a root cause, systems-oriented approach to help patients achieve their best health.
Stephanie received a BS in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Pittsburgh and completed her Dietetic Internship through the University of Delaware. She went on to pursue her MEd. in Counseling from West Chester University and her MS in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States as well as the Institute of Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner program through the Institute of Functional Medicine.
