This week’s class is all about the upper body. We will be opening and strengthening around the shoulder joint and the rib cage in particular to allow us to find a more upright posture and some more space to BREATHE 🧘♀️
We tend to spend a lot of our time rounding and hunching through our shoulders in daily activities such as working at the computer, driving and sitting. So I hope you can join me for a lovely flow to release some tension here ❤️
