Body & Mind Reset Week 4: Upper Body Stretch & Strengthen

This week’s class is all about the upper body. We will be opening and strengthening around the shoulder joint and the rib cage in particular to allow us to find a more upright posture and some more space to BREATHE 🧘‍♀️

We tend to spend a lot of our time rounding and hunching through our shoulders in daily activities such as working at the computer, driving and sitting. So I hope you can join me for a lovely flow to release some tension here ❤️
