In this week’s practice we will be working on balance and core strength, exploring and experimenting, and not taking our practice too seriously. We will be channelling our inner fire and confidence by building strength from within. 

This exploratory practice is yours to experiment with, all I ask is that you remain open to all possibilities. You may stumble, you may fall but the main thing is giving it a go.
