Maybe it’s something as simple as having a bath, taking time out to a read a book or calling a friend to catch up. Maybe you need to go for a walk (walking ALWAYS helps!) or to just do nothing ❤️

In this weeks class we will be exploring the theme of kindness as we release tension from our upper body, opening our heart space to a feeling of kindness to ourselves as well as others.
We spend a lot of our time slouching and rounding forward, so it can feel quite vulnerable at first to open this area, where we can hold onto a lot of tension. Taking the time to explore this feeling and let go of some of that tension will make you feel amazing, and give you some go to stretches for if you’re feeling particularly closed off, tense or achey anytime you need them.
