Fitness and Flow with Angela
My name is Angela and I have over 15 years experience teaching classes, personal training, managing fitness teams and clubs across Essex, London and Hertfordshire. I am a fully qualified level 3 Personal Trainer, as well as Yoga Alliance recognised 200hr YTT.
As a fitness person I always said I SHOULD do yoga or should stretch more… but didn’t know where to start or how great it would feel when I committed to a regular practice 🤩 I would love to help you to feel calmer, stronger and move with more ease too, whatever your previous experience or fitness level. Classes will be easy to follow, maybe challenging at times but achievable. I won’t be making you do any headstands or acrobatics!
My aim is to always to make you feel better at the end of class than when you started ❤️
By practicing regularly with me you will find that you feel more open in your body and clear in your mind. Strengthening as we explore flexibility to your own level and what feels good for you. You will find that you can move better in daily life as well as in your other activities 🙌
Weekly yoga classes are live online every Saturday 9am and on demand. There is a new class and theme every week to help develop your practice as well as access to short stretch/strengthening videos to help you fit yoga into your busy life! Great for when you get a break from your desk, first thing in the morning or even after your workout 🌟
