When we have "I" problems

I've worked with plenty of sales teams and I find quite often they have "I" problems. That is, they talk an awful lot about themselves. You know, what I offer, what I like to do, what I'd like to show you.

The reality is no one really cares about us as a salesperson. They have a problem and they'd like to solve it. Talk about them and their needs and leave the "I" problems at the door.
