Your Subkit Fanny Pack

Before we begin, you should know there's a badass giveaway at the bottom. So keep reading.

The fanny pack joke might be a bit of a stretch, but this important issue is to remind you that running a subscription business is a marathon, not a sprint. (Runners wear fanny packs, yeah?)

1.) This article is an interesting look how some writers jumped into the paid newsletter trend without thinking it through. It's a good read. At Subkit, we're here to make sure you're educated and prepared before launching your plans (and after).

2.) We've said it before, and we'll say it a thousand more times. Think about one year from now. Where do you want your business to be? Decide on strategies to get there, and then break those down into manageable To Do lists for the upcoming months, weeks, days.

3.) Continue to live the launch lifestyle.

4.) If you're not fully committed to doing a plan, then go back to the drawing board and think about what you are excited to do. Really hone in on a core offering that will serve your community. It must be something you're excited to nurture and grow.

5.) Be like these people.

6.) Lastly, and this isn't a joke! Reply to this email and answer the following question and you will be entered to win a sweet, sweet small business-made fanny pack!

Why did you decide to add a subscription plan?
