You will get the most out of this live session if you have been able to enjoy the sessions with the processes that I have been sending you for the last three months while you were experiencing the COR Method. It is essential to participate in the session that you have done this process. - Wear comfortable clothes.- Locate yourself in a quiet, intimate place and preferably sit in a yoga mat on the floor. In case you don't have a mat or you don't feel like being on the ground you can sit in a chair. - The session will last about 75 minutes if there are questions from some of you. I invite you to come open, available and to remember that nothing that we are going to experience in this session will take you where you do not want to.
