I am a chef born and raised in Birmingham, Al. I love real food. Real food encompasses fruits, veggies, herbs, and spices. I prefer everything from scratch it just tastes better and gives me the chance to incorporate love in every bite. As a child and preteen I spent time in Anguilla in the BWI. My love of island food and southern food runs deep in my veins. Traveling and being around people from all walks of life has shown me that the one thing that brings us all together is food.

Being a successful chef is a direct result of what you put in. I am in control of my food and my destiny. Food is freedom to me.
