Whenever I am in a productivity rut, I read one of my self-help books for 30 minutes to 1 hour, and it's like the switch in my mind goes from 'OFF' to 'ON', and I get the focus and drive I need to get started.
"An object in motion stays in motion, and an object at rest stays at rest." I love that quote! - Newton's First Law of Motion
I believe reading is one of the best ways to get our minds in motion.
Reading helps to develop your thinking!
The more developed your thinking becomes, the more your capacity will grow to give effective, easy-to-understand advice that will be a blessing to others.
Knowledge
A wise philosopher once said that knowledge is power, and I wholeheartedly believe that because the information we have access to in our minds will help shape the course of our decisions each day!
