Better Health-Life Coaching

I am a 'Certified Transformational Life Coach' and 'Licenced Health Coach'. I obtained both a 'Transformational Coach Certificate' and 'Health Coach Certificate' from the "Health Coach Institute" and my 'Licensed Health Coach Certificate' was issued by the "Health Coach Alliance". After being in another industry that I had mastered for over twenty years I was burnt out, depressed, gained weight, suffering from health issues, and miserable; to say the least. Although the money was good, for a time, I could never live the fulfilling life I truly wanted to. Instead, I was living the pretense of being in a fulfilling career that never truly was. I knew within myself that I had to do something that was more of a reflection of the best version of myself. During my journey to becoming a professional Coach I discovered that most people, including myself, whether they know it or not are in need of some form of therapy or another. Beleive it or not, one of the best things that could happen to us is if we experience pain, have health issues or become overweight. These are only the signs and indicators that allows us to know there are underlying problems in our lives that needs our attention. In many instances, only then can true healing begin. By trusting the process of Transformation we get to discover what are the deep seated wounds and traumas that are stopping us from living the life we truly want to live. I am now very thankful for having been on this self discovery and health journey because now I am able to support other people to do the same for themselves.
